Finding tenants

Heater Maintenance

Dealing with repairs and maintenance

Landlords are under a duty to ensure the appliances are safe and in good working order.  When issues arise Webleys Lettings will instruct their local network of contractors to ensure the work is completed efficiently and at a reasonable cost.  We will aim to provide you three of the best quotes for works or the option to obtain a quote of your own.

Tenant’s causing damage

Webleys Lettings undertakes a full property inventory at the start of the tenancy which include photographs and a statement of condition.  At the start of the tenancy the tenant will be required to sign and agree.  During the tenancy there will be periodic visits to confirm the state of the property and address any issues at the earliest opportunity. At the end of the tenancy we will carry out accompanied check-outs including a report on condition with photographs.  If there are any issues a dispute can be raised with the Deposit Protection Scheme to recover funds to put right any damage.
