At the start of the tenancy the tenant will be required to sign and agree. During the tenancy there will be periodic visits to confirm the state of the property and address any issues at the earliest opportunity. At the end of the tenancy we will carry out accompanied check-outs including a report on condition with photographs. If there are any issues a dispute can be raised with the Deposit Protection Scheme to recover funds to put right any damage.
